Meralda McCann's Crepes

I first enjoyed these delicious crepes at Meralda McCann's home on my first trip to California in 1977. She was my Dad's cousin and lived in San Diego. She loved to cook and made these often for her son Marc.


Ingredients:

2 eggs well beaten

1 tsp salt

4 c. milk

2 c. or less flour

Instructions:

Mix well. (in Osterizer) It should be loose.

Pour onto a well greased and heated crepe pan or griddle.
