Peaches with Amaretti Biscuits

6 Peaches
5 oz. Amaretti biscuits, crushed in your hands
2 Tbs. Cocoa Powder
4 Tbs. Sugar
4 Tbs. Marsala wine
Butter

Wash the peaches and cut them in half
Remove the pulp from them and blend it with cocoa powder, sugar, amaretti biscuits and a pinch of salt
Pour the half peaches in a greased mold. Stuff them with the mixture and pour on a small piece of butter.
Sprinkle with Marsala wine and cook at 375°F for 30 min.
Serve at room temperature.
