Peaches with Amaretti Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 6 Peaches

  • 5 oz. Amaretti biscuits, crushed in your hands

  • 2 Tbs. Cocoa Powder

  • 4 Tbs. Sugar

  • 4 Tbs. Marsala wine

  • Butter

Instructions:

  1. Wash the peaches and cut them in half

  2. Remove the pulp from them and blend it with cocoa powder, sugar, amaretti biscuits and a pinch of salt

  3. Pour the half peaches in a greased mold. Stuff them with the mixture and pour on a small piece of butter.

  4. Sprinkle with Marsala wine and cook at 375°F for 30 min.

  5. Serve at room temperature.
