  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 2 tbsp. herbed cream cheese

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla

  • 2 tbsp. shredded low-fat cheddar cheese

  • ½ tbsp. fresh basil, chopped

  • ½ tbsp. fresh chives, chopped

  • 1 tbsp. salsa

Directions

  1. Heat a small skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat.

  2. Add eggs cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

  3. Spread cream cheese on the tortilla and top with eggs and remaining ingredients.

  4. Roll up tortilla and heat in pan about 2 minutes, or until warmed through.
