Lemon Chicken Olive Pasta


12 chicken wings, or 2 lbs chicken breast

1/2 lemon or small lemon, cut

1/2 or 3/4 cup pitted olives

1/2 or 3/4 lemon, quartered

1 table spoon of garlic powder or 3 cloves

1 table spoon of onion powder

1 dash of curry powder

1 dash of paprika powder

4 slices of ginger

1 cup water (add 1 1/2 cup water instead if add 2 cups pasta in last 15 minutes of cooking)

1 cup pasta of any kind

Salt pepper to taste


Add all ingredients except pasta in your vitaclay pot. Set on Stew to cook for 40 minutes (if choose breast, cook for 30 minutes)

In the last 15 minutes of cooking, add pasta in. Blend well to let pasta immerse in water. Cover the lids and continue to cook until pasta becomes al dente.
