Cassoulet

15 oz Can Navy Beans

1 C. Tomato Juice

2 Carrots, chopped

1 stalk Celery, chopped

1 onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 bay leaf

1 tsp. chicken bouillon

1/2 tsp. dried basil

1/2 tsp. dried oregano

4 skinless chicken drumsticks

4 oz. linguica sausage sliced

Combine all ingredients other than meats in slow cooker, place meats on top of the mixture. Cover; cook on Low for 10 hours or on High for 5 hours. Remove the bay leaf and chicken bones before serving.
