Not as Hard as it Seems

The oven does all the work! The trick is in the Seasoning/Stuffing

Appoximate Roasting Times at 325


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees

  2. Brush Turkey with Olive Oil (other oils and seasonings as desired)

  3. Cooking is complete at 180 degrees in the thickest part of the thigh.

  4. Let stand 20 min. before carving.


Remove the giblets and neck inside! (Rookie mistake)

Brine the night before for juicier, more flavored meat so doesn't dry out in cooking.
