How to Store Grape Leaves

select leaves from several vines about 4-5" wide

exterior leaves toughen first so reach into the interior.

To Blanch:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

hold a stack of 10 with tongs int the water for a count of 5 seconds

To Freeze the blanched leaves:

wrap each bundle in a piece of wax or parchment paper

in a freezer bag marked with the date add all the bundles

press out the air and seal the bag.
