Al'ajeen

1 lb chopped frozen spinach

2 onions,'chopped fine

1 lemon, juiced

1/8 cup pine nuts

salt and pepper to taste

3 Tbsp vegetable oil

Combine above ingredients (other than dough) in a bowl and let marinate 5 mins. Drain excess liquid and reserve.

Drop one Tbsp spinach stuffing on dough. Seal together into a triangle and place on greased tray.

Bake at 550 for 15 mins.
