olive oil

2-3 medium onions

4-5 cloves garlic (chopped)

zucchini or yellow squash (diced)

handful of rice

2 green peppers (finely chopped)

1 hot pepper (finely chopped)

3 stalks of celery (chopped)

1 bayleaf

salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions and garlic in oil in microwave. Add rest of ingredients, mix, and microwave until rice is cooked.
