This is a favorite Christinas Eve Recipe that I first tasted at a Christmas Eve party at my Uncle Jack and Aunt Carole's. It has become a Christmas tradition at our house. Cynthia also makes one with the spinach stuffing for Fatayer. You can use the Pizza Dough recipe, or to speed things along during the busy holiday season, just use the store bought frozen bread dough.

Pizza Dough

Pickle Loaf

Cotto Salami

1 green pepper

American Cheese

Roll out dough as thinly as possible. Cut the remaining ingredients in small pieces and sprinkle on top. Roll up. Lightly brush with oil. Bake at 400 for 10 mins. then reduce to 375 until brown.
